Quality excellent
The quality of the items was excellent however I have a 1998 accord and they say this will fit but they made that car with two different types of distributors and my type was not supported. I contacted you and you said it was an error and would send me the proper kit. I got the second kit before I could return the first, however the second kit was exactly the same as the first. Come to find out they do not make a kit for my exact car. Someone should have recognized this before the second kit was sent.SincerelyJohn

Great Buy !!!
it fitted my engine better then a JDM\OEM !i liked it plus it put a nice yellow color with a flashing distributorgreat buy so don't hesitate and think for long time buy and install :DPS. i didn't see much of difference in driving with that kit but i had an old problem with the wires so i thought changing them to ACCEL might be better then OEM and it was better.

Won't fit VTEC with Hitachi Distrib
Nice product, Looks good. The description states "FITS" the 1994 Accord VTEC. Not true. Some of the 1994's were sent to US with a Hitachi distrib and this just doesn't fit.

Good cap
This is about the only one with external coil option for a honda motor. Keep an eye on the contact points as they do wear over time and rotor as well. Otherwise good kit and comes with wiring for external coil

OEM Igntion Coil problem solver
I have had quite a few issues with the OEM Igntion Coil. My friend told me to just get an MSD External Coil, Distributor cap and button. After I installed these, my car runs great and much smoother too. I would like to say that I have more horse power but I cant prove it till I have the car dyno-ed.Fantastic product!!! Highly recommended.

NGK is well worth the money!
I have a 1992 Honda Civic VX and replacing the spark plugs with NGK spark plugs and spark plug wire set has increased my fuel economy by 3 mpg and helped performance. I knew replacing the spark plugs would help a little so I also replaced the spark plug wire set as well since the old set was worn and the rubber near the spark plug was cracking. I never would have imagined such a difference as my car responds better in daily driving but the increased fuel economy is well worth it. I consistently average over 50 mpg while driving 75 mph for 55 miles of daily commuting. I highly recommend using NGK spark plugs and spark plug wire sets.

Nice cables
A friend of mine who is a mechanic suggested that I buy NGK spark plug cables. I replaced the cables, spark plugs, distributor cap, and rotor, and the gas mileage on my Honda Civic jumped from 34mpg to 37mpg.

Perfect. Fits my '94 Accord EX 4 cyl v-tec.
Perfect fit for my '94 Honda Accord EX 4 cyl v-tec engine.Looks at least as good as OEM.It came with a new gasket for the distributor cap with the two thumbnail shaped plugs.I was happy to see this as the gasket on my car was old and dried-out.It also came with three new mounting screws.I like to use a little silicone dielectric grease on the contacts inside which seems to make them last longer.I received the package in two days.Amazon is good on this one.No complaint from me.

Honda Ignition Cap

It is composed of the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor, distributor cap, and ignition coil. Your car's ignition system is responsible for igniting the air-fuel mixture in your cylinders. For instance, it controls the fuel injectors, ignition timing, and emission controls. There are two main sensors that send data back to your powertrain control module: the oxygen and coolant sensors. If the relay fails, the PCM will stop working, which in turn means the fuel injectors will stop working. This prevents it from sending data to the PCM, which uses the information to manage the amount of fuel that reaches the engine. Problem In The Ignition System. Here, the issue can be a failed fuel pump, a blown fuse that controls the pump, or even a clogged injector. For example, the ignition timing may be faulty. it might be lurking in the ignition system. Often, engines stall because they receive too little fuel to keep them running. Your powertrain control module (PCM) - essentially a computer chip - influences several functions that affect the performance of your engine. The coolant sensor's job is to keep the PCM informed regarding the engine's operating temperature. or, the ignition switch might be malfunctioning.

One day out of curiosity I pulled the plug out and tried to put it back in, and of course I cross threaded it. I never told my dad, but now he probably knows as he reads this blog from time to time, sorry Dad :-). I really hate screwing new plugs in. When I was much younger, I had a Honda ATC 50. The replacement plugs do not come pre-gapped so you will need to set the gap. Before putting the new plugs in, I like to coat the threads with an anti-seize compound. Be careful when putting the plugs back in. The cylinder head is aluminum and you can easily strip or cross thread the holes.
